Among the Pecans has two separate suites that are each luxurious and comfortable and PRIVATE.
This most extraordinary ranch house suite is located just a few miles from Fredericksburg and right in the heart of many of the Hill Country Wineries.
Suite 1-The bedroom has a comfy queen iron bed with satiny coverlet and 600 count luxury sheets. The sofa is placed to enjoy the gas log fireplace and satellite television with Blu-Ray DVD player. Upon request, we can provide a rollaway bed to sleep a total of 3 guests. There is a small fully equipped kitchen offers a stove/range, coffeemaker, refrigerator and microwave. The spacious bathroom has a champagne bubble tub and separate shower for two. Just outside on the front side of the bedroom is a private deck with wheel chair ramp and small charcoal grill where you can enjoy the scenic views of the Texas Hill Country.
Suite 2- You will find a large living room with a queen sleeper sofa (sheets upon requests), satellite television with Blu-Ray DVD player, games, gas log fireplace, equipped kitchen offers a stove/range, coffeemaker, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There are two private bedrooms each with queen beds and 600 count luxury sheets. Each room offers a private en-suite bathroom with champagne bubble tubs, one bathroom offers a separate shower while the front bath is a tub/shower.
The old smokehouse out back has been transformed into separate cozy hot tub rooms with ambiance and privacy in mind, one private, secure room for each suite. The secluded Suite 1 hot tub seats three and the secluded Suite 2 hot tub seats 6.
Common areas for the two suites include a utility room with washer/dryer, and built in ironing board and iron. Out back there is a large rock patio with furniture made to relax, barbecue grill, umbrella table for dining and fire pit.
When booked as a whole house, guests receive access to the entire home which sleeps 9.
